On 8th Oct 2025, Image Theatre came to our school to perform The Jungle Book, a lively and interactive show that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The performance was kindly funded by the Happy Days Charity, giving our students a wonderful opportunity to experience live theatre in a fun and inclusive way. The actors used vibrant music, singing, and colourful costumes, which captured everyone’s attention and brought the story to life. They also included Makaton signs throughout the performance, helping all students to understand, communicate, and join in with the songs and actions. The children were excited to take part, copying the signs, clapping along to the rhythm, and cheering for their favourite characters. It was a fantastic and memorable experience that encouraged confidence, inclusion, and a love for storytelling.
