At Queensbury School we want to help every child to take part, feel included and succeed.

We work alongside parents, carers and students to remove barriers to learning that families may be experiencing at home, in school or in their local community.

If something is making school life harder, we will listen, offer practical help and connect you with the right support so your child can thrive.

Juggling more than one challenge?

Early Help is a service designed to support families as soon as they begin to face challenges, before problems become more serious.

It brings together different professionals to work with families in a coordinated way.

The aim is to listen to what families need, build on their strengths, and offer practical support with things like parenting, education, emotional wellbeing, finances, or housing.

By providing the right help at the right time, Early Help supports children to stay safe, healthy, and achieve their potential, while helping parents feel more confident and able to manage difficulties.

We will work together to understand what help is needed and how we can all deliver this support together through an Early Help Assessment
