The English Department are very excited about Matt Windle coming into school and working with our students. This will be happening once school restarts. In the meantime, Matt’s made us this great little video.
A little bit about Matt:
· Poet-by-day and Boxer-by-night!
· Birmingham Young Poet Laureate 2007/8 while at a PRU- a non-mainstream school.
· 2012 Olympic Torchbearer
· Birmingham’s Adult Poet Laureate 2016-2018
· 4x Birmingham & Midland boxing champion in 3 different weight categories
As Matt says,

Students could write about:

· Social distancing
· Your favourite things
