Science Week March 2020

Queensbury celebrated British Science Week (9th March-13th March) with having a day of animal interactions. All students that participated showed a great interest and asked some scientific questions about the animals. Most students and some staff were lucky enough to hold a bearded dragon (Spike) for the first time and some students challenged themselves and their fears by interacting with a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (Lulu – dog).  We also had an Amazonian White Milk Tree Frog that the students could observe and ask questions about. Overall it was a very enjoyable and successful animal interaction day.
