About Me

I have two grown up children and a 3 year old grandson. I practice Pilates and have recently taken up running. I enjoy reading, walking and foreign travel. We have recently acquired a motor home so now taking the opportunity to get to know the UK better. I love good food but have little interest in cooking. I have a large garden that I am just becoming  familiar with and I volunteer with a local group working alongside young adults with learning disabilities.

Motivation

I have worked in the public sector with children my whole adult life and whilst I believe I have made a valuable contribution I have also gained much in return. It was always my intention to continue to make a contribution in some way and this work gives me the opportunity to do so.
