Symptoms check
The school has a thermal camera that detects anybody with higher than normal core body temperature.

The Hall and kitchen areas are well ventilated.

Sufficient time is factored to ensure cleaning is completed before next lunch sitting.

Sufficient and appropriate cleaning product are stored safely on school site.
General Clean
The kitchen staff will clean the kitchen area, surfaces and all the equipment each day.
